Blogilates ♥

Hello Bloggers!!

So, today I'm trying to do better about blogging and it seems that everytime I decide to start blogging again, I have a million and one things to talk about. But for right now, I'm just going to tell you about one particular thing, my favorite thing: BLOGILATES!!

(Ya, I spelt her name wrong- its Cassey)

I am a HUGE pilates fan. I got one DVD that was only 30 minutes long and LOVED the way I felt afterwards. Did you hear that? THIRTY minutes of pilates; THIRTY minutes of a workout, and I got the most amazing sleep that night. I felt like I was floating on a cloud the entire night. My body was so stretched out and open after doing the simple, no weight moves. Since then, I have been a fanatic!

Well, on YouTube, I found this one user, Cassey Ho, and she post pilates workout videos. She is absolutely the sweetest, most enthusiastic person I've never met! I love her! I've known about her for a while, but just recently discovered that she has a full month's workout plan that she designed and you can get it for FREE!! That's right, for FREE!!! All you have to do is subscribe to her newsletter.

Now, let me tell you why exactly I am so thrilled to have found this. My freshman and sophomore years at school I did so well at keeping up going to the gym and getting my fitness on, so excited about it! But now, I have started a job and school is getting more stressful that I have no time. NO TIME, to go to the gym. And if I have time I'm too tired to go, or don't want to leave the house to go workout. Or it will be just too late at night to go to my gym. Not to mention, if I go, I have no agenda, I'm just going but I don't necessarily know what to do, other then like walk around the track, do a few weights, but I have no motivation to push myself or try harder. Well, when I found this calander with a month's worth of workouts already planned out for me, I got excited. And now I want to share it with you. I just found it today, so I'm gonna start with November 2nd's workout which is just her assigned treadmill guide, which gives intervals and speed.

I strongly encourage you to go to her page [blogilates.com] and check it out. I will be posting about how I'm doing on here and I hope many of you will do it along with me! I'm pretty excited for it.

Apart from the treadmill guide that she has, the other workouts are just certain videos that she has posted on her youtube channel and you do those videos that day. Let me tell you, her videos are good!! You will get your workout in if you follow her guide. She is a pilates instructor, she loves all things fitness and she is so enthuestastic about fitness that it rubs off on you!!!

She also has her own store, where I got the pants in the picture above. I totally love them, and I am actually going to to work out in them today. She has a ton of other really cute workout clothes, so check those out!

Also, she has this packet that you can buy online for only $1.99; it comes with the November workout guide printable, fitness journal printable, and the two treadmill workout printables. Only for $1.99; it basically like having your own trainer, online! I bought this, and I'm going to be using it. I hate that my printer only prints in black and white though, so my pages aren't all pretty. :( But that's okay, what's important is that I do the workouts and lose the 20lbs that I'm trying to lose to get back to where I was a little under a year ago, and hopefully Blogilates will get me there. I know I can do it as long as I stay on schedule, and if you follow me, I'll let you know if its working and if its worth it at the end of the month! And as long as I stay focused and work at it everyday, there is no reason I shouldnt do it.

Well, I'm off to the gym in my Blogilates pants to do my workout for the day!!!!

I'm a POPster!!

Dear Monday::

Dear Monday: Yet again I start off another busy week with you. I'm actually very pleased with you today because I have set aside three hours to dedicate to studying for all my test this week.

Dear Spring Break: Very sad to see you gone. But it was definately  nice to go home for practically the whole week and see my family. They also bought me pots to put my hibiscus plants in, so I'll get to see them again this coming Saturday to repot them. I just need to find time between now and then to decorate them, so they will be ready for when they get in or else the purpose of them coming would have been wasted.

Dear Geometry/Sociology/Government Test: I'm studying for you guys this week so please not be to difficult, cause I need a good grade!

Dear Hunger Games: I went out and bought a ticket for Thursday Night. I'm excited to finally get to see the movie. I'm on the third book and I haven't been able to read it much. Part of me doesn't because people keep saying I'll be disappointed with the ending of it. I guess we'll find out.

Dear Work: I'm so happy that you are not as difficult as I had expected. I mean it's still work, there's lots to know, but it's not as difficult as I thought it was going to be. I'm very thankful for you, though.

Dear Body: I'm getting back on track with the Marathon Training this week so get ready. I've got my Runner's Fuel Guide, so hopefully I can follow that and give you the nourishment that you need to handle all this new acitivity.

Dear Bloggers: I know I have not blogged in a long time, but I'm going to try to start blogging more. I may just have to start saving blogs when I have time to write them and take two seconds out of my day to post the already saved blogs.

Enjoy your Monday!

Dear Monday: Why must you be so hectic. I've been running around all day.

Dear Midterms: You are becoming overwhelming. I have two of you this week and I will be happy when I am done with you. P.S. please let me pass!!

Dear Pinterst: Thank you for helping me come up with cheap gift ideas. It's helped a bunch, and they turned out really cute.

Dear Local Businesses in Starkville: Thanks so much for all your donations. Gonna make our LSC Raffle tomorrow and Thursday wonderful. Couldn't do it without you. Thanks soo much!!!

Dear Study Hours: Glad to have you around to force me to sit down for three hours to study for these miserable Midterms.

Dear Sociology Teacher: Thank so much for pushing our midterm back until Wednesday. I really needed the extra days to start studying.

Dear Neighbors: Why? Why have you gotten sooo loud?!

Dear Work: Please help me get the hang of it soon, so I don't feel like I'm in the way all the time. Also, please allow the customers to be extrememly sweet and give tips!! I could really use them!

First Friday's Letters :)

So today I'm linking up with A at Adventures of Newlyweds for Friday's Letters.Photobucket
Dear R & C: I enjoyed conversing with you guys, my 'Petal Pals', this past Tuesday over Local Culture yogurt. Dear A, D, & S: We should have paint parties more often. Everyone's paintings looked incredible. Also, I'm glad you enjoyed Giada's 'fried' bananas drizzled with chocolate I made, even though I didn't think they tasted all that great. I think I let them cook to long. Dear Food Network: Thank you so much for giving Giada her own food show. She's the only one I really like to watch. Her and Paula Deen (also Restaurant Impossible is one of my favorites). Dear The Lying Game: Why did you make Ethan kiss Sutton and wreck things between him and Emma? WHY!? Dear Crazy Freshman: How could you be so stupid to make up your own abduction. That's not funny. Not to mention, you disrespected people who actually had experienced such a horrible thing. It's not something to joke or lie about. Dear Parents: Thank you so much for helping me these couple of weeks with finances. Forever gratefull.

Thanks for reading :)

A little of this, A little of that

Hey Bloggers! :)
If you haven't noticed yet, I just updated my blog page. The red and all was just to dark and depressing, so I wanted to make my blog a little more colorful in hopes that it will catch people's attention and I can get more followers. Anyways, I adore my new look!!

Also, I need help. I was looking around the blog community and stumbled across another blog that is 'perfectly IMPERFECT', so I need help coming up with a new name. I'm not that established yet, so I can still do this. Plus, I wasn't to thrilled about this name anyways, I had this blog like 2 or 3 years ago, and just now reserrected it. So, if anyone has any cute, unique names, please share. I'm open to anything. Once, I get my name established, I'm going to try to get a button for people to use. More publicity for my blog!!

Well, not much is really going on with me. I did finally get a job and I go in for my second day tomororw. A little nervous, but I'm a nervous person in generally. I just need to get the hang of things and I'll be fine. I'm gonna try to do better with my blog and actually come up with interesting things to talk about and post more pictures. Cause who doesn't like pictures?!

Well, I'm hungry and I got thingsto get done today, so until next time..

What I'm Loving Wedensday/Pinterest Mesh

&&&

This Wedensday

I'm LOVING:

...Picnik.com: I'm so sad it's about to be gone from the internet. I love being able to turn my pictures into this:

(This is D,C, Me, C, and A before the KY basketball agme last week. We stood outside waiting for the doors to open for 4.5 hours, then sat there another 2 hours in the colesium waiting for the game to start. Yay, we're dedicated basketball fans.!)

...My two new peices of Artwork.
(I found a picture pretty much similar to this on Pinterest, and thought it would be so cute in a bathroom, so I painted my own!)

(This is a painting I did for my older sister. She found this on pinterst and wanted me to make her one. It may look like the background is light purple, but it's actually a light blue. Then on the original picture it had a redish color where the pink is, but I couldn't do red because then it would be blue and red, and that's Ole Miss colors, and that just won't do. Lol!)

...This weather...again. It rained last night, and today just feels perfect. It's a little overcast, but still very nice breeze.

Well, I know that's not very much things I'm loving right now. But I really just wanted to share my pictures, and how sad I am that Picnik will be no more in April. I hope you enjoyed it. And I linked it up to Pinterst, becasue both paintings came from Pinterst.

Have a happy Wednesday.

xoxo.
